Refund & Exchange Policy

Exchanges

Undamaged shirts may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping for sizing exchanges or change of mind.
• Size exchanges are subject to product and variant availability.

To start an exchange, email hello@olympusstudios.ca with your order number. We will provide further instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, Olympus Studios will correct the issue at no additional cost after verifying the issue. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@olympusstudios.ca with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for sizing, ordering the wrong size or change of mind. All exchange requests are subject to the conditions above.
