Shipping & Returns Policy
Production Time
All items are made to order. Once you place your order, production takes:
- Standard: 2–5 business days to print and prepare your item
- Peak seasons: May extend to 5–7 business days during holiday rushes
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.
Shipping
- Domestic (US): 3–5 business days after production
- International: 7–14 business days after production (customs delays may apply)
- Shipping carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, and local carriers depending on destination
- Tracking: All orders include tracking information sent via email
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Print-on-Demand Note
Because every item is printed specifically for you, we are unable to offer traditional exchanges or instant returns. However, we stand behind our quality.
Returns & Refunds
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief description
We will send a replacement immediately — no return needed.
Size Issues
If your item doesn't fit, please check our Size Guide before ordering. We cannot accept returns for size preference, but we will work with you to find the right fit on your next order. Contact us and we'll help.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement (before production begins). After production starts, cancellations are not possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
